Ice cream manufacturing enterprise privately owned, located in St. Martin, French West Indies. This ice cream is of the highest quality, 14% butter fat, made from the best ingredients, not from a prepared mix.
Established in 1980, making ice cream here in St. Martin for thirty-eight years with great success. Distributing on both French and Dutch sides of the island as well as to Saba, Statia, St. Barth’s and Anguilla, our customers are supermarkets, (gourmet, mega and local), restaurants, ice cream parlours, hotels, vendor trucks, etc. If someone needs ice cream in SXM they come to this factory.
Currently the factory work a three and a half day production week with 2 full time workers and four part-time workers producing and delivering 200 gallons of ice cream daily. The production facility is 350 m2 facility consists of 220 m2 production area with storage for dry ingredients, two walkin freezers 35 m3 & 49 m3 (with room for expansion) and an additional 130 m2 storage for packaging supplies on the second floor. Stocked materials will be inventoried and purchased at the time of Notarial sale. Inventory stock consists of extensive stock(year supply) of containers and printed lids. One month’s supply of sugar, powder milk, stabiliser, butter, fruits, nuts, cones, cookies, flavourings and finished product.
Training will be done up to three months and be available advisors for as long as you need.
