This villa is sits directly on the seafront of sparkling Burgeaux Bay. The views of the sunset are magnificent and different every evening. The private pool overlooking the Bay. Also in sight is Maho Bay and her majestic Hotels and Resorts. Juliana International  airport offers one of the most beautiful show with its plane landing taking off in the sun.

KITCHEN

The size and spaciousness of the kitchen has a lot to say about this villa. A eight seater breakfast table fits perfect in the kitchen. There is plenty of storage space and plenty of counter working space. To add to that the is a huge breakfast bar, which can accommodate five bar chairs. Let's not forget the pantry with ice machine, additional fridge and wine cooler.

LIVING and DINING

A huge open plan combo living and dining area perfect for relaxing and to hang out in. Adjacent to the sitting area is the dining area with a bib flat screen smart TV on the wall.
