Dawn Beach Estate is located on the eastern side of the Island and is very near Oyster Bay and the French side. Venturing to the main town on the Dutch side of the Island is only 15 minutes drive. While the Princess Juliana International Airport is 25 minutes drive away. Marigot the main town on the French side is also 20 minutes drive. On route to Marigot from Dawn Beach Estate is Grande Case the gourmet capital of St. Maarten / St. Martin.
