We are creating an investment group to purchase Real Estate in St. Maarten /Saint Martin.
The objective is to purchase properties, for the investors in the group for their personal use and resell them after 5 to 7 years and share profits.
SMI will maintain and manage each property purchased, and investors will be able to use properties based on their shares invested.
The Real Investment Group will have a bank account in a US bank where every investor will pay the desired share.
The objectives are to use the properties for 5 to 10 years, then resell them and share the profits among the group members based on their participation.
All properties purchased are chosen based on 30 years of experience in the SXM real estate market.
