Licensing for the Dutch side of the island is being discussed with the policy makers in Government.
All the Real Estate Brokers in St Maarten are now working hard in order to make our industry better and organised.
This will benefit buyers and sellers but also will give us the data and help to better determine values of real estate on the island St Maarten.
